My relative told me that I need a beautiful face, good figure & height to be successful in the hotel industry after HM. Is it true?

That is not true. I have also done Hotel Management and your face doesn't matter you should have a good skills about your department and good interpersonal skills (communication skills). In today's world, nobody cares how you look they look about your personality you carry when you walk and talk.

Hi, Face and figure are not that important to get a job in hotel industry. You should only have will and must be interested to work in a hotel. So, these are not important and just go ahead and keep rocking. All the best.
