My right hand index finger is cut. Am I eligible for commercial pilot license from Adventure Flight Education, Bangalore?

Hi Mukti,
As per the regulations mutilation of any body part is acceptable till the time it does not affect any normal operation of the aircraft. It includes operations in normal and adverse weather conditions as well.
So, it actually depends on what is the extent of damage that you have done to your finger. I would suggest you to meet any class 1 medical doctor approved by DGCA and take proper advise on this. You can find the list of such doctors on DGCA webpage.
