Hi Harvinder,
Yes, you will be eligible to take the exam , however, it will be difficult to comment whether you will be entitled to "Differently Abled Quota" or not.
For a career in the IPS, you need to take the Civil Services exam conducted by the UPSC for which graduation is the minimum eligibi
