My SAT score is 1240 (Nov 5). Can I get admission in the University of Illinois at Chicago with English Proficiency Waiver?

I have scored 680 in maths & 560 in critical reading and writing.

    Hi,
    No, with this score you can't get a English proficiency waiver, as per the guidelines of the universities you should have at least 700 in CR part, so that you can show the university that you don't require TOEFL/IELTS. UIC is a good university, even I had applied to it and didn't receive an English proficiency waiver, so what I will recommend is give TOEFL to be on the safer side and if you want a smooth admission process.
