My SC rank is 2946, can get IET, Lucknow?

Sorry, you cannot get admission in IET, Lucknow. You can try in IERT-Allahabad, JSS-Noida, KIET, AKG or ABESEC.
But I will suggest you to go for the every round of counselling. -

Kindly specify the entrance exam.
