My SC rank is 31281 in JEE. Can I get into any IIIT or NIT? I am from Karnataka.

May be you will get a seat in NITs, but in not in a branch of your choice may be and in IIITs you will definitely get a seat in ECE or CSE may be. All the best and you will definitely get a good seat in a good college.
