It's really hard to get any NIT because your rank doesn't lie in the cut-off section of any NIT, but if you want to confirm your doubt then go to www.josaa.nic.in.

You can try for NIT-Goa and NIT after ranking 15, because there is lot of competition, and your rank won't be accepted in. Top tier NITs.
