My Score in 10th = 54% & 12th -60%, even-though if scored goods percentile in CAT then i am eligible for IIM.

It will be little hard at the given criteria. But IIMA has recently relaxed the criteria to increase the diversity. The weightage is given to work ex and undergraduate score also.
