My score in 10th was 66% and in 12th was 58%. Now in the graduation final year, should I go for CAT examination or not?

Dear Akhil, You need 50% in graduation to appear for CAT. You need to have 90 plus percentile for admission to a good IIM. In case, you fail to get this percentile, try for admission in private universities like Lovely, Manipal, VIT, where other than the CAT/ MAT/ XAT tests they offer you admission simply on GDPI or their own tests too. All these are world-class universities with modern infrastructure, good placements and studies congenial environment. Some of them even offer good scholarships. Check their websites for more details. Yes, you may attempt it. But, you may get top ranked colleges, as they look for decent and consistent academic records. Instead, try to get some work experience, and then go for MBA. This would nullify the academic criteria to some extent.
