My Score in 10th was 81.2 percent and 69.4 percent in 12 do I have a chance to get into either fms or dse?

Yes you have good chances of getting into FMS, DSE, XLRI but a lot depend on your CAT score, GD/ PI score. Most of the good b school give good amount of weightage to CAT score so a high CAT score can overcome academic and other criteria like achievement, PI score.
