my scores in the academic year are not good I have secured 70% in SSC &HSC so will it affect my admission procedure if am applying for PGDM.

You need to justify why they are low to support your candidature. All this you could in the interviews and to get there. It is a disadvantage with the lower score. Academics play a role in the selection process, but along with academics weight is given to non academic and profile information also. Proficiency in other parameters will help you overcome this.
