Hi,
To be eligible to sit for IPS Exam conducted by UPSC every year, one needs to be:
An Indian National Citizen
A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university and
Between the age limit of 21 to 30 years.
The examination is conducted in three levels-

The UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) of India conducts the exam and on the basis of the result IAS, IPS, IFS officers are selected.
