My sis has done Interior design course in India and is working wid MNC rt now.Soon she'll b moving to USA. How can she start work in USA?

My Sister wants to come to USA and work in field of Interior Designing. She has done a course in India. Will she need take any in course inUSA to start working ? What are the job prospects for this field? She has also completed Bharatnatyam(Indian Classical Dance form). So can she teach that in USA
