My sister got 62.6 percentage in HSC but she got AIR 3356 (OBC) on JEE paper2 2019 is she eligible for nit or any other institution

    It's not possible for your sister to get admission in any of the NITs as there are less than 600 seats. You can get admission in other Private Institutes, you can check in Shiksha which are the colleges accepting JEE Score in your locality.
