My sister has been rejected f1 visa twice. 2nd time they took her interview twice and grilled her on suspicions of toefl fraud.

The center she had appeared for toefl second time in Jaipur has been closed. Wat should we do now, appear for vi agn or give toefl again and defer admit? Please somebody advise...its been 2 days since i posted this question
