She can go for Bachelors

Vinod, you have not specified the subjects that your sister studied in 12th.
if she has technical bent of mind she can go for engineering and technology courses like B.Tech.
If she wants to serve people and has love for humanity she can be a doctor or a nurse by doing MBBS/ BDS, B.Sc nursing etc.
