My sister has completed vocational intermediate course in garment technology.Which is better textile engg or fashion des or degree in garmen

My sister has completed Intermediate vocational course in garments last year from andhra pradesh and now joined 3 year diploma in garment technology. I saw no colleges offering B.Tech in Garment technology. so where shall i join her now, BSC in garment or fashion or engineering in Textile designing
