My sister has just completed 18 months AAASP programme from Arena Multimedia. Further can you suggest me the short term specialise courses i.e., (six to nine months) in the same field which is in demand in market. also tell me the job prospects with present qualification of her in Delhi or Pune.

Best is either to learn Animation Pre-production, especially if she's good in sketching.
