My sister is autistic and she has completed her class 10th. She cannot complete 12th and wants to pursue fine arts.

We want that she can get to college which gives a Diploma course along with a Bachelor's course degree so that her 12th marks are not required anymore. A complete course in which she can get a degree in fine arts without a senior secondary education Certificate. Your help will be appreciated.
