My sister just passed 12th and pursuing B.Sc. She wants to do B.Arch. What should she do?

What's the eligibility criteria to pursue B.Arch? She attained 84.33 % marks overall in 12th PCM. Is there any test that she have to clear other than NATA to pursue B.Arch?
