According to the last year's cut-off trends, unfortunately, there is no admission possible on the basis of marks secured by your son at any of the campuses of BITS Pilani. I would suggest him to prepare thoroughly and reappear again the next year for BITSAT and get selected at BITS Pilani.
Otherwise, if he doesn't want to drop, then you can try for some other good engineering colleges like VIT, BIT Mesra, etc.

It is difficult to get admission in Pilani or Goa. Their cutoffs are higher.
So you should try for other colleges.
