Hi,
Yes, you can do B.Sc Agriculture after completing class 12th with PCM, and it will be beneficial for you to do this course, because agriculture is on boost nowadays.

Yes, he can get admission in B.Sc. Agri but for getting admission, he needs good marks in 12th standard.
