My son discontinued his B.Tech 2 years in 2015 due to health problem. Now he would like to join B.Com (Hons). What should he do?
He is an above average student and got 80% marks in SSC and in 10+2.

Dear Mr. Samdani, first check with your son what he is interested in. Second, B.Tech is a professional degree and is going to have more value than B.Com. Third, make your son go for integrated B.Com-MBA, so that later he does't have to run for admission for MBA. There are many good universities like

Your son can join the field of B.Com. He has to provide his 12th percentage while taking admission. He will be ready to join B.Com. If u didnt took NOC from his Engineering college then he can't join B.Com. And taking admission in B.Com hes must have completed his 12th in the field of co

Absolutely he can do B.Com (Hons). Make sure that he has not crossed the age limit criteria for that particular board/university. If possible, he may appear in entrance exam. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
