My son failed in second year of B.Sc. What should he do for a bright future?

Tell him not to quit. Arrange for extra classes or some kind of support to help him through this difficult phase. Let him complete the degree, and then look at further career prospects. His only objective now should be to complete his B.Sc degree with a good grade.
