Hi Vinoth. Ask your son what is preference his first. If he is wanting to study send him for studies do not put a stop.He needs a job let him take it and do a part time MBA which has value too. All the best to your son. Regards. Gijoo

MBA Full Time is Always a best Option as Part time MBA Students are always Less preferred by Companies. better your son must do job and take experience of at least 1-2 Years then do Regular MBA as in each and every Top Management colleges Experienced Candidates are Always Preferred to do MBA.
