He can go for B.Tech.
Eligibility Criteria: Min. 50% aggregate in 10+2 with PCM.

yes he can.he just needs to sit for the entrance exams.
Basic qulification reqd:
Minimum 50% aggregate in 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics with Only Optional Subject Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ Biology.
