My son got 7120 ews rank with 94.97 percentile and crl56k in JEE Mains. IN Intermediate 9.67. he get CSE in sastra or any NIT or IIIT.

This percentile is inadequate for your son to get CSE seat in NITs or IIITs. However, if he applies for SASTRA University, he can surely get CSE branch, as it is more than enough for him to get. For other top colleges which he is eligible, refer the link:
