My son got 80 marks in JEE Main Paper 2. He scored 65% in HSC exam. He has TN home state and OBC NCL quota. Is there any chance in an NIT?

Hi, It would be difficult for him to get to NIT. But still you can check your chances by searching in google the previous year opening and closing rank of various NITs in architectural branch. You will get a rough idea of where you apply for.

No, in Tamil Nadu, the best college is NIT Trichy and Anna University. For both it is difficult as for NIT, the minimum marks are 75% in HSC and around 4000 all India rank for B.Arch. I would suggest a private college in Bangalore or Hyderabad.
