My son has 90.23 percentile in JEE Mains (January) and we belong to OBC category. Can he get admission for B.Tech CSE in SVNIT Surat?

Percentile is only an indicator; the game lies on ranks. However, if your son is a 'home' candidate there yes. There is a higher chance of getting CSE. But if he is an 'other state' candidate then a bit of tough. But my opinion is only suggestive.
