My son has appeared his class 12 exam and preparing for Jee exams he want to do aeronautic engineering should he try for IIT admission?
Giving his JEE Mains and do B.Tech or else what to do.

Sure he can! First ask your son what he wants to do which stream he is interested in! There are many ways he can do everything! I am telling my case. During class 12th examination I gave JEE then got selected and gave advance and shortlisted in many colleges but I am not getting my choice of stream! I want to take CSE as my stream but the cutoff is too low I dint get the chance, so I opted for another colleges! So if your son is interested in aeronautics engineering he sure can give JEE during his 12th exams no issue in that! You should try for IIST, run by ISRO. It is the best college for aeronautics in India. You can get admission in it via JEE Advance.
