My son has done BMS in finance and currently he is working with a bank. How and from where can he pursue full time MBA?

He has no time for online MBA.

    A big yes! Many top-notch universities are providing online MBA and weekend MBA courses. In UK imperial business school provide both online and weekend MBA. If you can afford the traveling cost and need real class exposure and contacts with mates then you can go for a weekend MBA. If learning the subject is your sole motive other than being practically present in the class then an online MBA is the best choice for you.
