My son has done his Btech Civil Engineering and interested in doing software courses to get an entry into the Software jobs, any suggestion

He is suggested to do any good course from Udacity, Coursera, or some very good institution and he must possess some really good coding skills in C, C+, Java and Python because jobs in IT industry aren't easy to get.

Well, he does not belong to the IT background, hence it would be better if your son does some IT related certification program before looking for a career.
