My son has got 105 marks in GAT 2018 held on 16th April 2018 and ranked 5510. Is he eligible for aerospace engineering?

Yes, your son may get a good college for aerospace engineering for current batch. As your son's GAT marks are good enough to get him admission. He can get a good college.
