    The career that you wish to look forward depends entirely upon your area of interest and your skills.
    Your passion in a particular subject and your caliber for attaining the highest level of specialization, will eventually lead to a phenomenal career path.

    The stream depends on his intrest and the subjects chosen in class 12. But since his percentage is low, I would advise you to go for private institutions.
