Hi Yashpal,
Yes, your son can GET admission in the Integrated First Degree M.Sc. Courses at BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus. And if he performs well at the college during the semester exams and try maintaining 8.5+ CGPA, he may also GET a chance of transferring himself into his desired B.E course.
