My son is 7th sem B-Tech in Mech Engg from B.S.Abdul Rehman University in Chennai. He gor 84% marks in his Two.Tell me a good M Tech course

I would like to do the course abroad. I do not wish him to study in USA or UK because of the high costs there. The preferred countries are Germany, Scandivanian Countries, Holland, Italy or China. The course must be in English language. Either scholarship or part-time work must be avaliable.
