    Try to understand the problem he is facing due to his study and attempt to clear it. Understand the career aspirations he possess so that you can direct him in a proper way.
    Brief him about the prospects and status of possessing an Engineering Degree and why there is a craze of pursuing a BCA and even these are put under semester pattern and sans get time to frek out.
    Else take him to a Educational Counsellor so that a professional counselling and guidance may help to prioritise his aspirations

    BC is also good but not a professional degree and he have to do some other course for professional course , but BE is professional course , if he doing it with CSE then BCA is also in same only some subject are more in Btech but Btech have more value than BCA,

    b.e. is better than bca because after bca he ill go for mca that ill be equal to b.e. n the subject which ur son stdy in bca is same as in b.e. accept some 4-5 sujct
