my son is doing his IB abroad. his science subjects r chemistry & Bio. what r his options for graduation in India for BSc

My son is doing his IB Diploma from WIS. He has been offered only two science subjects chemistry & Bio. For doing medicine in india there has to be three sciences. What other options does he have with these two science subjects in hand.
