My son is going to complete 4th semester in BE electrical at Punjab Engineering College. How can he change its stream to CSE?

He is not interested in electrical engineering anymore.

Sir, it is not possible to change branch. You are a little bit late to ask this question. The criteria for branch change is after 1st year i.e. 2nd sem of engineering. After 4th sem, you can't change branch. Now, your son will have to carry on with the same branch.
