My son is in class 10th. Which subjects should he choose further to pursue his interest in hotel management?

Hi,
He should take commerce with maths if his foundation is good in maths, otherwise commerce without maths will do because if in future his mind would change as in career option than he can enter into other good fields too, related to management, commerce, economics or maths.
Even hotel management programme can be opted after any stream of 11th and 12th.
