my son is in final year b.com.and he is pursuing in doing CA and he has given his PCC exams butnow he is not really interested in this..wht is the next best option for him i want him to do MBA finance after b.com can u pls help

MBA, by itself, does not guarantee success, in terms of salaries and designation. This is a wrong perception, which many career aspirants have. Yes, you right said it in the question itself. If your son is not intrested in C.A. anymore then MBA with specialization in Finance and/or Banking would be good.
