Hello Loganathan,
From the available data, there is simply no mention of lateral admission in SRM. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about admission in SRM.

Management quota will cost you quite a lot. I would advise you to follow procedure of your state for lateral admission. I am sure you will get good college with your marks.
