At this rank I think it might be difficult to get into good government college with CSE so you can try some private university which are much better than government college at this rank like LNMIIT, Thapar, Jaypee Noida and if you are from U. P. then you might have opportunity to get into H. B. T. U Kanpur which has good placement record and a government college also.
