Hi Gaurav, to pursue MAsters in Germany, one needs to appear for GRE and IELTS or TOEFL. In addition to this it is necessary to have a good score in UG. And try not to have fails.
the admission process takes 9 months and the classes commence in March/April and Sep/Oct. Hence, you should plan accord

He has additional 4 sems. Let him focus on completeing BE with good grades. Later he can plan MS in Germany. It will be easy going there if he scores more than 60% in he overall BE.
