My son willing to study in Australia and got 67% in his B.tech. He wants to study in Australia,and need financial assistance. help me.

He completed GRE and IELs, but do not possess any property to give security and have no sufficient funds. Is there any company or Bank or institution, or trust to help him for his further study in abroad.
