Hi Tarun, your SC caste Certificate is not valid outside your state as some of the caste reservation are given by state government but not in central government list so if you want to take admission outside your state i.e. outside West Bengal then you have to apply for central government caste Certificate as it is valid to all over India. Hope so you got your answer.

Dear Tarun, Your sc caste Certificate is not valid outside of your state because some caste reservations are made by state governments but are not included in the list maintained by the central government. If you want to enrol in a programme outside of your state, for example outside of West Bengal, you must apply for a central government caste Certificate which is recognised throughout India. I hope you get a response.
