My ST Certificate is made in 2008, will it be applicable in AI counselling because it doesn't have an application number, but has a cer. ID?

All other formats are fulfilled. I am from Uttar Pradesh. For some issues, it is not getting upgraded.

It depends on various universities, as many universities cross-check the Certificate during Certificate verification time. Application number is checked by some universities while some of them only considers the Certificate ID.
