    Hello Bhanu,
You can definitely go for preparation of UPSC and commerce being your stream makes a very strong point in your favour as most of the students preparing for UPSC and other exams undergo difficulty in understanding and preparing economics which is one of the utmost important subjects in UPSC preparation. Otherwise, any Bachelor's degree holder can appear for almost all government and banking exams irrespective of their field of study so far.
Hope this was helpful to you.
    All the best.
