My subjects in 12th are physics,chemistry and biology. Am I eligible for admission in B.Tech(Biotech) in IPU without mathematics?

    For B.Tech in Biotechnology in IPU, you should have passed in class 12th in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology/Biotechnology. Without Maths, you are not eligible for B.Tech in Biotechnology.

    Dear Ritesh,
    I have no idea of eligibility of BTech biotechnology at IPU but being alumni of LPU, I can assure you that you can get admission in BTech biotechnology with minimum of 60% marks in PCB and English and by qualifying LPUNEST exam.
    After having a BTech degree from LPU in biotech., students can find jobs in pharmaceutical companies, research labs, and institutions in India. However, most Indian students tend to go abroad to pursue their masters or doctorate studies in Biotechnology and allied fields.     In 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any technical vocational subjects as optional with a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Mathematics and any one.
