Hi, to get your surname corrected you may have to approach an advocate and make an announcement in the news paper that you vishal Aradhye will hence forth would be be called as.........say..... Vishal Aradhya.

i guess no..but still try getting an affidavit stating that your correct surname, addressing both are same.
